    Designer

    As a thoughtful designer, Andrew pours his heart and soul into every pixel to ensure it supports not only the beauty of the website, but the purpose as well. He is involved early in projects to plan the content and layout before he moves into colors, textures, fonts, interactions and movements. Andrew brings a unique balance of strategic and creative thinking to the team.

  2. Chris Chiles

    Director, Developer

    Always pushing for pixel-perfect appearance and standards-based clean code, Chris is a highly talented and award-winning developer. Utilizing ExpressionEngine and other frameworks, he plans and develops websites and content management systems that are stable, scalable and easy-to-use. He is an active leader in the ExpressionEngine community and a beta tester for many EE add-on developers.

    Developer, Designer

    An admitted Apple fan boy and lover of progressive CSS and HTML5, Andrew is an outstanding developer. A student of his craft, Andrew is consistently learning new techniques and methods to guide his design, front-end and ExpressionEngine development work. He experiments with, shares with, teaches and learns from other community leaders in both design and development.

  4. Cliff Wegner

    Executive Director, Designer

    With a love for all things web, a passion for great design, and a degree in advertising and business, Cliff has directed, designed and managed award-winning websites and content management systems for a wide range of regional and national brands. After a long tenure at a West Michigan ad agency and a short stint at a technology company, Cliff founded Mighty in 2007 to focus on web design and development.

We have trusted strategic partners for services we don’t staff (e.g. copywriting, photography, 3D rendering) and for services we do, but require additional support during a project. When needed, we bring them into the project and manage them as part of our team. We always discuss this with our clients first and maintain transparency throughout the relationship.
